Let’s dive in!

1. Labels

Labels help you categorize and group students based on specific designations like Athletics or remote status. In February 2024, they'll replace Groups as a more flexible solution to identify students. (Don't worry! We've automatically created Labels for all of your existing Groups so there's nothing you need to do.)

Easily create Labels by previewing a student on the Roster or from their Student Profile.

Once you've added a Label to a student, you’ll see those listed on their student Preview and Profile. You can also Edit Labels to add or remove them. 

Filter by one or multiple Labels to create groups, save roster views, and more! Plus, you can use bulk actions in the Student Roster or import Labels in Data Management to save time!

2. Improved Notes

Now, Notes allow for simple formatting and have a date stamp on the overview page.
