PrinciplesYou Certification Course

Principles Predictor Model Results

In addition to the PrinciplesYou Assessment Results PDF, students can now download a new Principles Predictor Model (PPM) Report to discover even more about their interests, and counselors can access these results in their students' My Drive.

Students who've already taken the assessment can access the PPM Report by going to their completed PrinciplesYou assessment to view and download results. 

The Principles Predictor Model links their personality insights across 6 career dimensions (Doing, Thinking, Creating, Engaging, Persuading and Organizing) to help you further help identify their interests, aligned fields of study, potential career paths, and specific occupations. 

Improved Career Matches for Students 

Thanks to enhanced matching logic, PrinciplesYou career matches now better align with your students' assessment results! 🙌 Students who've already taken the assessment can head over to Careers, filter by PrinciplesYou, and check out their new and improved career matches. Matches are also now categorized in order from Best to Fair fit.

Filtering Students by Archetype

In October, we released PrinciplesYou Archetype Filters & Columns, allowing you to filter students in the roster by the 10 PrinciplesYou Archetype categories and 28 different Archetypes. We also released a new PrinciplesYou Archetype Column that gives you the flexibility to add, or remove, these from any view in the roster.

These improvements help you see students that fall into similar categories and have like-minded results, as well as those who are unique from one another. Use this information to help guide lessons around self-discovery as your students make meaningful academic and professional choices.
