Set your Visit Availability
Let colleges know when you're ready for Visits by setting your Visit availability. With the ability to set Calendar blackout days (based on your academic calendar), Visit times are in your hands. You can indicate both in-person and virtual availability, as well as whether you'd like this availability to recur every day or week.

When it comes to scheduling college Visits in Scoir, the world is yours. You can set single or multi-college visits, giving you the chance to host in-person or virtual mini college fairs. Add filters to ensure the right class years are invited, and even set RSVP deadlines. Plus, we allow reps to add their own meeting links for virtual Visits, so you have 1 less thing on your plate!
Create Your Own Office Hours
Map out your Calendar with Office Hours. You can set your availability to meet with one sophomore or all of your seniors—with filters, it's up to you! Limit your Office Hours by class year and max amount of students, and make any meeting virtual or in-person. You can also set recurring availability if a certain time slot frequently works for you.
