Scoir is a SaaS provider of a college admissions network that expands college access and improves student outcomes. Scoir simplifies college research and application decision-making with beautifully designed software that engages, informs, and facilitates interaction among students, parents, counselors, and colleges. The opportunity
As an Engagement Strategist, you will be responsible for executing a channel strategy on Scoir that helps our clients reach their marketing, recruitment, and engagement goals. You are a creative who delights in the power of a well-written sentence, has a passion for grammar, and is dedicated to staying up-to-date on marketing and communications trends. Primary activities will center on being a content creator for multiple Scoir clients and ensuring their objectives are carried out across the platform. This role will report directly to the company’s Sr. Engagement Strategist.
The responsibilities

Write and develop content on behalf of clients on the Scoir Network (content posts & short-form messages)

Assess and continuously identify client opportunities on the Scoir Network

Work collaboratively with the Senior Engagement Strategists to support strategic account plans

Report on performance to the clients through quarterly and/or monthly check-ins

Collaborate with the Managed Subscriptions Scoir Team to define/refine best practices

Work cross-functionally with members of the Market and Product teams
The requirements

2 – 4 years of admissions marketing experience

Demonstrated success with enrollment management and marketing programs

Proven experience as a strong and adaptable writer with a passion for using the written word to connect with diverse audiences

Interest in translating higher education trends, institutional priorities, and product capabilities into opportunities for client growth

A naturally gifted collaborator who enjoys maximizing the effectiveness of the team and its processes

Proactive problem-solver who’s not hesitant to make or correct decisions

Ability to see the long-term big picture while sweating the details needed to get there

Constructively inquisitive personality who challenges assumptions with data-based evidence

Passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives

Comfort with ambiguity, adapting to quick changes, and working at a fast pace

Experience with social media content is a major plus

Proficiency in HubSpot is a plus
The compensation
$75k-$90k base, stock options, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement).
