Content Management Enhancements

When you’re juggling events, campaigns, and messaging calendars, even small efficiencies can make a big difference. These updates to Scoir’s Premium Presence experience are designed to help you work smarter with Scoir.

Copy Content Cards

Duplicate your best-performing content cards in seconds and adapt them for new audiences—no need to start from scratch.

Reorder Display

We’ve made organizing your content easier. The newly renamed Reorder Display button now includes a quick alphabetical sort for Academics and Student Life content. Perfect for managing large sections and keeping your best content front and center.

Time Zone Display

Event cards now clearly display the event’s time zone to students. When creating or editing an event, the creator’s time zone is shown above the start and end time fields. This helps ensure everyone sees the correct timing and reduces scheduling confusion.

Content Tracking Features

Quickly manage your content library and keep your team aligned with these updates. When working with Premium Presence content, you can now:

• See who last updated shared content, so everyone stays on the same page
• Filter topics by untagged content to quickly identify what still needs tagging, so nothing gets overlooked
• Monitor completed events at a glance with the new “Expired” status

Visits+ College Fair Filters

With this release, colleges can now quickly filter visits by type (High School Visit or College Fair) in both table and map views on Visits+.

Inline Tooltips for Insights Dashboard

New inline tooltips on the Insights Dashboard highlight key data points, making it easier to interpret trends and take action quickly.

Recently, we shared updates that make it easier to connect with the parents and guardians who play a key role in a student’s college journey.

With Parent & Guardian Segmentation, you can now segment Outreach Messages to parents/guardians using the same powerful filter options you use for students—by class year, location, high school, engagement level, and more. It’s precision outreach that helps you bring families and supporters into the conversation earlier, so students feel connected every step of the way.
