Stay looped into your student’s college search with an update that gives you direct visibility into which colleges are visiting their high school and whether your student is signed up to attend.

Viewing College Visits on the Dashboard

Now, when logging into Scoir, you’ll see an Upcoming College Visits section on the dashboard tailored specifically to your family.

With this new update, you can:

• See Who’s Coming: View a list of colleges scheduled to visit your student’s high school
• Track Interests: See at a glance if a visiting college is already on your student’s "My Colleges" list
• Check Registration: Verify whether your student has already registered to attend the session
• Manage Multiple Students: If you have children at different high schools, you’ll see visit details for each child at each school, all in one centralized place

💡 If you don't see any visits listed, it simply means there aren't any sessions scheduled for your student’s school at this time.

On your dashboard, you’ll see the three most immediate upcoming visits, but if you want to see further into the future, you'll simply click See All to view the full calendar.

You can also click into specific visit details to see which grade levels are invited and how many other students are attending. This gives you the perfect opening to ask your student, "I saw Scoir University is visiting on Tuesday—are you planning on stopping by?"

This update is all about giving you the tools to be an informed partner in your student's journey—without the guesswork.
