See how PrinciplesYou career match enhancements, and new Predictor Model results, help you discover pathways that align with your interests and strengths. 🚀

If you've taken the PrinciplesYou character assessment on Scoir, you'll notice a few enhancements like improved career matches and a new Predictor Model results PDF. If your school doesn't have PrinciplesYou enabled yet, you'll get to enjoy these updates when your counselor chooses to toggle on the assessment.

Improved Career Matches

Thanks to enhanced matching logic, PrinciplesYou career matches now better align with assessment results! 🙌 Students who've taken the assessment can head over to Careers, filter by PrinciplesYou, and check out your new and improved career matches. You can also see how your matches are now categorized in order from Best to Fair fit.

With improved accuracy when it comes to PrinciplesYou career matching, you can supercharge discovery to better understand how careers of interest truly match your tendencies and take a deeper dive into how you'll fit into the workforce—no matter which pathway you choose after high school. 

Principles Predictor Model Results 

In addition to your PrinciplesYou Assessment Results PDF, you can now download a new Principles Predictor Model (PMM) Report.

The Principles Predictor Model links your personality insights across 6 career dimensions (Doing, Thinking, Creating, Engaging, Persuading and Organizing) to help you further identify your interests, aligned fields of study, and potential career paths, as well as specific occupations. 

Taking the PrinciplesYou Assessment

If your school has PrinciplesYou enabled, and you'd like to see your career matches and results based on the assessments, carve out 30-40 minutes and begin the assessment from your Dashboard. You can also head over to Discover > Careers > Your Assessments > PrinciplesYou or access it from the Careers section in your profile. 

Unlike older assessments that can be one-dimensional, PrinciplesYou measures character traits across three orientations: Cognitive, Interpersonal, & Motivational. 

Once complete, view your career matches and download your assessment results, including your Archetype, giving you a better understanding of how you'll fit into careers, how jobs truly match your tendencies, and how you can work with different personalities in different fields. Now, you'll also be able to download the Principles Predictor Model (PPM) Report.
