For Counselors: Updates to Scoir AI Settings

We’ve made updates to the Admission Intelligence settings to make them easier to understand and set up. Whether you’re adjusting visibility or configuring timing for AI features like Balanced Lists or Predictive Chances, you’ll now find fewer steps and clearer options.

Reorganized Layout & Clearer Labels

We grouped related settings together and updated the language to be clearer, making it easier to find and adjust what you need.

Simplified Visibility & Timing Settings

Before, Account Admins needed to set a Yes/No toggle and separate timing dropdowns to control the visibility and timing of AI features.

Now, you’ll see the Yes/No toggle is removed, and the Starting dropdown now includes Never as an option. When you choose Never, the second dropdown becomes disabled and the feature is hidden.

You'll see this change in the following areas:

• Intelligent Match controls
• Predictive Chances controls
• Balanced List visibility & Balanced List scoring
• Scattergrams controls

Separate Controls for Predictive Chances and Scattergrams

Before, these shared a single month/class year setting.

Now, each has its own visibility control, so you can show or hide them independently.
