Creating Plans

Rather than manually creating and assigning individual tasks for students each year, you can now create, customize, and repurpose a plan of recurring tasks that are automatically assigned to a grade-level audience and can be reused year over year. 

Plans help standardize the guidance students receive through task assignments and are often used for milestones that students are expected to achieve each year, like updating their 4-year graduation plan and evaluating college and career matches. The best part is, once a Plan is established, it requires minimal upkeep moving forward.

When you publish a Plan, all tasks (and forms within those tasks) automatically appear to students in your grade-level audience as assignments to complete, helping keep them on track as they move through their milestones.

Students joining mid year will also be automatically assigned these tasks, which means even less manual work on your part as a counselor.
