Go to the Application tab and select Applicants to view applicant insights
Use the search fields under 2025-26 Application Management and click the blue drawer icon next to the student’s details
For a deeper search, users with the Operations role in Scoir can go to the Documents tab and select Historical Documents
💡 Tip: If you see a document has been sent but you don't think you've received it, check your system before notifying a student or counselor. Some documents may be mismatched because of:
Different first or last name
Different email address or DOB
Duplicate records
To reduce mismatches, students and counselors are prompted to indicate the email address associated with their application and include an application ID number. This info is sent in the index file that accompanies the application documents. (See Document Record Matching training video below.)
Yes! Students and their supporters can see the date their counseling department sent documents to your college via Scoir.
🚩 Reminder: Download documents at least once every 14 business days to keep your system up to date and reduce inquiries from nervous applicants.
If your institution manually retrieves document batches from Scoir, ensure all batches have been downloaded and imported. Users with the Operations role can view the status of document batches in the Documents tab and download any that need attention.

Scoir high schools can now choose to integrate with Common App, streamlining your intake for students who apply via Common App. Depending on a Scoir high schools’ participation choices, you may notice changes in delivery volume, however many schools will continue sending documents through Scoir.

If a Scoir high school opts out of the integration, your institution will continue to receive documents from all applicants, regardless of their application method, via Scoir's sending system.
