School Report Template Updates

We’ve updated the School Report Template to best support Common App requirements for schools that have integrated and improved the configuration process as a whole.

You’ll notice:

• New and renamed fields
• A more consistent structure for school policies and student population info
• A reorganized and clearer High School Information section

👉 These updates reduce manual entry by ensuring your school-level information is pre-filled in every report.

Configure Your School Report Template

If you have an Account Administrator role in Scoir, now’s the time to review and configure your School Report Template. This ensures the information you enter—like GPA methodology, grading scales, and academic programs—is automatically included in every student’s report.

💡 You only need to configure this once per year, and it’ll populate across Secondary School Reports, Midyear Reports, and Final Reports.
