Real-time Performance Insights

College partners with Premium Presence can now go to Engage > Presence to see real-time performance. 🎉 View insights showing your Reach and Engagement month over month and year over year. Filter by Academic Year, Audience, and Date Range, and view by Count or Conversion rate.

Content Management Improvements

We've made your content more visible and easier to manage, helping you save time and see the information you need at glance. 

From the Presence tab, scroll down to Content and easily manage your content with a new table view. Filter by content Types (Events, Posts, or Programs), Topic (Academic Focus, Hobbies, etc.), and Status (Live or Hidden). Beyond this, you can also take bulk actions, or select specific content, to set as Live or Hidden, or Delete.
