Discover the Capabilities of the Applications View

You’ve been automatically opted into our new Applications Overview, designed to make tracking applications smoother than ever.

• Instantly view application statuses and missing outcomes at a glance to prompt students who need to take action
• Focus on what matters most with expanded filters and sorting options, making it easy to view and report on application outcomes
• Quickly compare student academics with application details to assess performance alongside outcomes, all in one clear view

By default, you’ll see the Senior Applications view—a built-in Standard View with essential filters already applied. No setup needed, just instant clarity!

Adjust your Filters View 

Everyone works differently, so we made sure you can personalize your experience.

• Use Filters to refine your view by class year, application method, deadline, or status
• Zero in on specific groups with filters for counselors, student labels, and more
• Discover Saved Views, the new way to create custom reports

We’ve given Reports a glow-up! It’s now easier to find the standard reports you need, complete with descriptions to help you get straight to the right data.

💡Tip: Moving forward, we encourage you to get to know Saved Views, the new way to create custom reports! 

See Where the Applications Overview Report Moved 

The Applications Overview Report that you’re used to seeing on the Overview page has moved! You’ll now find it under Reports. All the same filters and the PDF export option are still available.

💡 Tip: Not quite ready for the new layout? Click “Take me Back” to temporarily switch to the old version. But heads up—the classic version will retire this summer, so be sure to give the new one a try!
