Now, you can access and analyze more student application data in a table layout by clicking the new Student Engagement icon on College Profiles! 🚀

How to Track Student Engagement on College Profiles 

We've combined the Students and Info tabs on College Profiles to create a single page with a table layout that allows you to Filter more data, manage Columns, and Export views.

With a dynamic overview table that gives you greater control and visibility over student application data, you’ll save time and see the information you need at a glance. Whether guiding seniors through their applications or helping underclassmen explore their chances, this new experience makes it easier to access the information you need when you need it.

With this update, you can:

• Filter More Precisely: Use new options like Counselor Assignment, Outcome, and even Application Rounds like Early Decision and Rolling
• Customize Your View: Select the columns that matter most and organize your data efficiently
• Spot Trends Faster:  Improved visual indicators make insights clearer and more actionable
• Take Direct Action: Email students, apply labels, and now export data for deeper analysis

📌 While saved views aren’t part of this release, your customized columns and filters will remain within your current browser tab, so you won’t need to reapply settings as you navigate between colleges.

This upgrade helps you spend less time managing rigid tables and more time providing data-driven guidance to students.
