CBO Pilot
Your guide to getting started on Scoir.

Thanks for joining our pilot for CBOs. We rely on feedback in every part of our process, so we're grateful for your willingness to help us build a great experience! In order to get the most out of the pilot, here's what you should plan to do and by when.
Pilot Timeline
Week 1
Within 1 week of receipt, accept the invite to Scoir (if you don't see it in your inbox, drop us a line) and familiarize yourself with pilot expectations and timing.

During your second week, please configure your account, invite any other advisors on your team to Scoir, and watch our 15 minute onboarding.
We hope you use Scoir every day, but at minimum, please plan to login 2x per month during the pilot.

Invite students to Scoir and rollout by August 1, 2023 🎉
Important! If your students already have a Scoir account, be sure to invite them to link with your CBO using their school email (or the one already on file with Scoir), rather than a personal address.
By September 1, 2023, you should have at least 50% registration rate. You can re-invite students as many times as you need to reach this number (though we hope you get closer to 100%!)

If you haven't already, begin suggesting colleges to your students, messaging with them, etc.
Every student on Scoir should follow at least 2 colleges, though they often have many more in their My Colleges lists.

The pilot will wrap on October 31, 2023 so be sure to share your feedback!
Throughout the pilot, we encourage you to share your thoughts via our Feedback Form. If requested, we'll also schedule a 1:1 feedback session with you and our Product Team.
