COVID-19 Response: Helping out Where We Can | Scoir

Written by Gerry McCrory | Mar 24, 2020 2:23:01 PM

The healthy functioning of our education system depends on work continuing to get done, even as students and educators need to do that work remotely. If Scoir can do anything to help ensure that happens, we believe it is our duty to do so. We must take care of each other and help however we can.

Scoir's Responsibility to Help

Scoir is uniquely designed for this remote learning environment, and we don’t want to let budgetary approval processes prevent schools and families from gaining access to systems that will help them through these difficult times. We want to encourage more people to embrace Scoir to keep in touch and stay on track with their everyday lives, from touring campuses virtually to meeting counselors remotely.

How We're Acting to Help

We have been thinking hard about how can we play our part. Beginning today:

  • Scoir will be waiving all fees for high schools and districts through the 2020-21 academic year.
  • For existing customers using Scoir, we will support increased usage with no additional charge during the 2020-21 academic year.
  • Scoir is, always has been, and will continue to be free for Title 1 eligible schools. Through the 2020-21 academic year, we will be waiving the $250 set-up fee for these schools.

How to Get Signed Up

  • If you would like to get your high school or district signed up, you can do so by starting here. You can request a consultation with our client success team, or fill out our sign up form to get started.
  • If you are a current client, your client success manager will be in contact shortly with further details.

As the situation evolves, we are committed to maintaining the same high level of ongoing support to our clients. Please reach out if we can be of any help.
